What does “made-to-order” mean?
Once your order is placed, we must craft the piece as it is being made specially for you, which may take a little longer to process. Make a note of the expected shipping date on the product page so you can plan ahead of time.
My size is out of stock, can I still order?
While we do hold some limited stock, which is visible for each product, contact us in case your size is sold out and we will get back to you.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes you can! If you wish to do that, get in touch. If you are unsure about any details, our artisans will gladly assist you.
Do I need to take my jewelry off before showering?
All of our pieces are made of 14k solid gold and designed to last a lifetime. 14k gold does not rust or discolour, you can wear it every day without taking it off before washing your hands, showering, sleeping, or exercising.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your 14k pieces shiny, we recommend cleaning your piece with warm water and mild washing liquid (no detergents), once every few months.
