Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping to the UK and within the EU. 

Estimated Dispatch Date

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated dispatch date. Since our products are all made to order, the shipment date is determined by the demand for our products. However, we attempt to deliver your purchases within 6 weeks.

Duties and Customs 

Customs are included for purchases made in the UK. If you are based outside of the UK,  import duties and taxes might apply upon delivery. 

Please keep in mind that we do not have any control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be because they vary depending on the country you live in. We cannot reimburse you for customs and taxes paid at the time of delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date. If you wish to return your purchase, please get in touch by emailing contact@carisma.jewelry. As we are a small business, we are sadly unable to cover the costs of your return. But do not worry, all our returns are within Europe, so the shipping charges will be minimal.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

When will I receive my refund? 

Your return will be handled within 7 business days of its receipt. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
