What is your return policy?

We provide a complimentary 30-day return policy for all our customers. Please be aware that any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable. It's important to note that a return shipping fee of $30 applies to returns from outside the EU, and this fee will be subtracted from your refund. The 30-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered or picked up.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Items must be in their original, undamaged condition without any signs of wear.
  • Items sent back via mail must be accompanied by all the original packaging, including tags, the box, and the pouch.

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Engraved, monogrammed, or customized products
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards

How long does delivery take?

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.

Products shipped from the EU are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. However, items dispatched from Armenia may take approximately 20 business days to reach you, as they are custom-made before being sent out for delivery.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and keep you informed about the status and location of your order in real-time. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you require modifications to your order, such as order adjustments, cancellations, or changes to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please be aware that due to our team's efforts to expedite order processing, we may not always be able to accommodate requests for order cancellation or updates once this 24-hour window has passed.

What is my ring size?

  1. Cut a narrow strip of paper or string and wrap it comfortably around your intended finger
  2. Mark the ends (where the string meets)
  3. Compare the measurement to the circumference column in the conversion chart below.
    If it falls between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.

    I have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

    First, please check your spam or junk folder in your email. Sometimes, our emails can end up there. If it's not there, double-check the email address you provided during the order. If it's incorrect, please contact our customer support to update it contact@carisma.jewelry

    Can I always wear my gold jewelry?

    Most of our items are created using 14k solid gold jewelry. As 14k solid gold jewelry does not rust or discolor, you can wear your favorite pieces anywhere.

    What does “made-to-order” mean?

    Once your order is placed, we must craft the piece as it is being made especially for you, which may take a little longer to process. Make a note of the expected shipping date on the product page so you can plan ahead of time.

    My size is out of stock, can I still order?

    While we do hold some limited stock, which is visible for each product, contact us in case your size is sold out and we will get back to you. contact@carisma.jewelry

    Can I order a custom design?

    Yes you can! If you wish to do that, fill the form above. If you are unsure about any details, our artisans will gladly assist you.

    Do I need to take my jewelry off before showering?

    All of our pieces are made of 14k solid gold and designed to last a lifetime. 14k gold does not rust or discolour, you can wear it every day without taking it off before washing your hands, showering, sleeping, or exercising.

    How do I take care of my jewelry?

    To keep your 14k pieces shiny, we recommend cleaning your piece with warm water and mild washing liquid  (no detergents), once every few months.
